This is followed by Tsimiski Street in Thessaloniki with 160 euros/sqm, Glyfada with an average asking rent of 155 euros, Kolonaki with rents at 115 euros/sqm, Kifissia with 110 euros and Piraeus with 100 euros/sqm per month.
