From the last plots of land in Old Penteli behind the Observatory, a corner sloping plot suitable for real estate development. It is buildable, amphitheatrical, with a northeast orientation, and contains an old building (to be demolished). The building coefficient of 0.4 allows for more than 400m² of main use plus m² of auxiliary use.
