High ceilings, with small balconies at the front and back + balcony in the kitchen. Pentelis marble was installed in 1995, the kitchen was renovated in 2019 and the bathroom in 2022. Exterior window frames and front door have not been replaced. The building looks well maintained, uses oil (central) for heating, and has a nice, clean entrance. Common expenses average €25 (excluding heating costs). Nice quiet neighborhood, with direct access to markets and public transportation on foot.
