No more fires! In August 2021, they caused devastation to the natural environment, but not the irreversible restoration of the idyllic pine forest. Restoration work is progressing rapidly (forestry work, anti-erosion measures, and reforestation have already been planned and commissioned), and in a few years, the area will have been significantly upgraded.
The plot is located in building block 3 (O.T.03), close to the so-called "Vasilika" estates or the new Tatoi, as provided for in the plan that has already been drawn up. The projects have begun with an approved * total budget of €75,000,000 ** and a delivery deadline of the end of 2025. Tatoi and the wider area are expected to be transformed into a vibrant and economically self-sufficient organization for hospitality, cultural promotion, and well-being, with multiple benefits for the local community and beyond.
It is almost flat, single-sided, rectangular in shape, with a facade length of 15 meters, a depth of 30 meters, a building density of 40%, and a coverage of 20%. It will build 180m² of main use space and corresponding auxiliary space.
Any construction will have an unobstructed view of the open horizon, the forest-royal estates, abundant natural light (east orientation), and easy access to the National Road at the height of the Varibombis bridge (6 kilometers or 8 minutes) via Erythraias Street.
