Tinos-Komi
1.210m²
160.000€

The traditional village of Komi is one of the five largest villages on Tinos in terms of area and population. It is built along the "Livadi" (meadow), in the most fertile and green part of the island, where the famous Tinos artichoke has been cultivated for many years. The settlement has probably been inhabited since the 4th century BC, and every year in May the artichoke festival is held. All the necessary shops (wood-fired oven with traditional Tinian products, mini market, restaurants, etc.) as well as basic services (pharmacy, etc.) serve the permanent residents and visitors.
It is 12 kilometers from Chora, the capital of the island, the famous Kolymbithra beach is 3.6 kilometers or a 7-minute drive away, and 10 kilometers southwest you can enjoy the sea and the sunset of Agios Romanos and Apigania.
The plot (two properties) is one of the last buildable plots located within the settlement, has a southeast orientation and a frontage of 43.40 meters on a community road.
The building coefficient is 0.7, coverage 40%-70%, height 7.5 meters, and maximum floors 2.
You can invest your future in this property, a quality life in this village, and a bright future on this island.
