The Vacation house at Epidavros | Welcome home Η γαλήνια φύση της περιοχής, η επήρεια του αρχέγονου τόπου και η μυστηριακή της ιστορία, μας καλεί να εξερευνήσουμε τις δυνάμεις της γης και του εαυτού μας. 12,1 km από το μνημείο Παγκόσμιας κληρονομιάς του αρχαιολογικού τόπου της Επιδαύρου (https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/491) η μονοκατοικία που προσφέρεται, εναρμονισμένη στο ευρύτερο περιβάλλον, θα συμβάλλει τα μέγιστα ώστε οι εμπειρίες, τα συναισθήματα και οι αναμνήσεις που θα αποκτηθούν να κρατηθούν για πάντα στο μυαλό και στη ψυχή. Είτε ως ‘’βάση’’ αναψυχής, είτε ως ορμητήριο προς διάφορες δραστηριότητες, καλύπτει τις περισσότερες ανάγκες του επισκέπτη. Μια σύγχρονη μονοκατοικία τύπου μεζονέτας (έτος κατασκευής 2006) πολύ καλά συντηρημένη, με ελεύθερο κήπο, ωραία διαρρύθμιση και σύγχρονες παροχές δεν θα αφήσει παραπονεμένο κανέναν. Στο ισόγειο επίπεδο (61,93m²) βρίσκεται το καθιστικό-τζάκι με την ενιαία τραπεζαρία-κουζίνα, το ένα από τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια και το μπάνιο. Βεράντες και ανοίγματα εξασφαλίζουν απεριόριστη θέα στο υπέροχο τοπίο και η πρόσβαση στον κήπο είναι άμεση. Σημειώνεται πως το ακίνητο είναι φιλικό προς τα κατοικίδια (pet friendly), μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει ως 6 άτομα, (κατόπιν συνεννόησης και περισσότερα), ενώ στη τιμή ημερήσιας μίσθωσης συμπεριλαμβάνονται όλα τα έξοδα κοινόχρηστων χρεώσεων (ρεύμα, νερό, internet). Either as a "base" for recreation, or as a starting point for various activities, it covers most of the visitor's needs. A modern maisonette type detached house (built in 2006) very well maintained, with a free garden, nice layout and modern facilities will not leave anyone complaining. On the ground floor level (61,93m²) is the living room-fireplace with the integrated dining room-kitchen, one of the three bedrooms and the bathroom. Verandas and openings ensure unlimited views of the wonderful landscape and access to the garden is direct. The internal staircase leads to the second level (41,40m²) where, in addition to a cozy living room, to the right and left respectively, two more bedrooms (master) promise moments of relaxation and peace. All bedrooms have double beds. There are air conditioners in all areas of the house, the frames are aluminum with double glazing and screens, the electrical appliances are excellently maintained, the heating is autonomous with oil, while an independent storage room is located at the back of the garden. It is noted that the property is pet friendly, it can accommodate up to 6 people (after consultation and more), while the daily rental price includes all the costs of common charges (electricity, water, internet).
