One of the last plots of Palea Penteli behind the Observatory, a corner sloping plot suitable for property development. It is even-buildable, amphitheatrical, with a northeastern orientation, while within it is an old building (to be demolished). The building factor of 0.4 allows more than 400m² of main use plus m² of auxiliary use.
