Dreamy location, heavenly environment, luxurious accommodation, beaches with crystal clear waters, views of the sea and the blue sky. More specifically, on the hillside above the bay and plain of Asini (distance from Tolo beach 2km, Asini beach 4.4km, Nafplio 11km), the development of a complex of two independent luxury homes has been planned. The design goal is the harmony of the construction with the landscape by utilizing the morphology of the ground (underground and above ground sections) and the feeling of privacy, comfort and well-being. Each residence extends over two levels, with common features of 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. In the residence (1) a storage room, laundry room and cellar have been provided as auxiliary spaces, while in the residence (2) a hospitality room, a laundry room and a storage room. Large pergolas and swimming pools 8m X 3.5m (one for each residence) of 25.50m² will be built in the outdoor areas, while each residence will have its exclusive use of parts of the plot with olive trees. Two outdoor parking spaces Materials to be used: • Visible Beton in two textures • Stone masonry • Internal masonry of double plasterboard in a frame with reinforced sections with OSB wood 0.12 cm and internal insulation of stone wool • Visible Beton on the ceilings • Pressed cement mortar or tiles 0.60 x 0.60 m in the living room, kitchen and corridors and pre-polished wooden floor (Oak) in the bedrooms • Granite tiles on the floor of the bathrooms and in the shower area (on floor and masonry), application of colored plaster on glass board in the rest of the masonry of the bathrooms. • Abraded exposed concrete in storage areas • External cobblestones and deck (pine) in a section next to the pool • Membrane on the inner surface of the pool and marble on the edges • Exterior spots according to the plan and lighting on the access road • Indoor lighting and outdoor planting are not included. - The natural flora of the plot and the maximum of the existing olive trees are preserved. • The pergolas will be made of synthetic welded solid wood in natural coloring in dimensions according to the design.
