In the hinterland of Syros, we find this plot, in a place that could be characterized as an excursion center. It is sloping, in a polygonal shape, with access to a municipal road (25 meters to the asphalt) and an additional conceded municipal road of about 100 meters. Buildable, builds at a rate of 0.2, 70% coverage, and a maximum height of 7.5 meters.
