Tinos-Komi
The traditional village of Komi is one of the five largest villages of Tinos in area and population. It is built along the "Meadow", in the most fertile-green part of the island, where for many years mainly the famous artichoke of Tinos has been cultivated. The settlement has probably been inhabited since the 4th century BC. while every year in May, the artichoke festival takes place. All the necessary shops (wood oven with traditional Tinian products, mini market, restaurants, etc.), as well as basic services (pharmacy, etc.), serve the permanent residents and visitors.
It is 12 kilometers from Chora and the capital of the island, the well-known beach of Kolympithra is 3.6 kilometers or 7 minutes by car away, and 10 kilometers to the southwest one can enjoy the sea and the sunset of Agios Romanos and Apigania.
The plot (two properties) is one of the last buildable plots located within the settlement and has a southeast orientation and a frontage length of 43.40 meters on a community road.
The building factor is at 0.7, coverage is 40%-70%, the height is at 7.5 meters, and the maximum floor is 2.
In this property, you can invest your future, in this village a quality life, and on this island a brilliant perspective. Exact location is in the below https://goo.gl/maps/Vk9p6NaVCMQCKzq27
