Fires over! In August 2021 they caused destruction to the natural environment, but not the irreversible restoration of the idyllic pine forest. Restoration work is progressing rapidly (forestry works, anti-corrosion agents, and reforestation have already been initiated and commissioned) and in a few years, the area will have been noticeably upgraded. The plot is located in building block 3 (OT.03) close to the so-called "Royal" estates or the new Tatoi as foreseen by the planning that has already been prepared. The projects have started with an approved * total budget of €75,000,000 ** and a delivery time clause of the end of 2025. Tatoi and the wider area are expected to be transformed into a vibrant and financially self-sufficient organization of hospitality, promotion of culture, and well-being with multiple benefits for the local community and beyond. It is almost flat, single-sided, in a rectangular shape, with a frontage length of 15 meters, depth of 30, building of 40%, and coverage of 20%. It builds 180m² of main-use areas and similar auxiliary areas.
