In the last quarter of the 20th century and in the first years of the 21st, residential development in the area of Keratea was rapid, resulting in the creation of a modern city that has everything: Health services, training schools, consumer markets, even an Equestrian club. It takes from 10 to 20 minutes to access clean beaches, Athens airport, Sounio, through the central arteries and comfortable streets in general. 180m² are under construction, i.e. ideally a maisonette-type detached house, with 40% coverage on the plot.
