A heavenly settlement created by the cooperative of artists and located on the outskirts, east of the Pentelikos mountain. During the first visit to the area, surprise is a given. The location, infrastructure, climate and natural environment attracted and continue to attract interest since the quality of life you ensure is timeless. The plot is amphitheater, has frontage on an uphill asphalt road four meters wide, frontage length 28 meters, and a (almost) rectangular shape. The amphitheater offers a view and the possibility of exploiting it by creating additional levels during construction, requiring at the same time more earthworks for their configuration. At a 5-minute distance (about 4 km) we find Marathonos Avenue, the central artery that crosses the eastern half of Attica. In a perimeter of 8.5 km we find quality schools, consumer markets, and of course the port of Rafina.
